We are so excited that our 2nd Annual Care to Crop was such a huge success! Thank you so much for coming out and helping raise so much money for Cornerstone Hospice. Robyn and I had an amazing time and we hope that you did too.

Our Cupcakes Are Green

Laura over at The Green Scene posted today about Sweet! By Good Golly Miss Holly, the cupcakerie that is donating TEN DOZEN cupcakes for our event tomorrow. Go check out The Green Scene to find out more about Sweet! and their green promise.

4 more days!

We are only 4 days away from the 2nd Annual Care to Crop! All our little worker bees are running around doing last minute prep for the event. If you are one of the lucky ones that is coming on Saturday, here are a few things to remember…

- Don’t forget to bring extra money! There will be 3 vendors on site, raffle tickets to purchase, a garage sale table, and silent auction items to bid on. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted.

- Each person receives their own table to work at, but please don’t go overboard with what you bring with you. We want to make sure that everyone is comfortable and can move around safely. And if you run out of something or need something you didn’t bring, we have 3 vendors who will be able to help you out :)

Make a Donation

We’ve had a couple request from folks who would just like to make a monetary donation to Care to Crop this year. You can click on the button below which will enable you to make a donation through Paypal (with your Paypal account or credit card). This button can also be found in the left sidebar.

Food & Drinks!

We know that everyone is always interested to know what kind of food will be served during a crop. Here is a rundown of what you can look forward to. We left out some of the details… we want some things to be a surprise :)

A continental breakfast, donated by Panera and Sweet! by Good Golly Miss Holly, will be served in the morning starting at 9 am.

Lunch, provided by Heavenly Ham, will be served starting at 12:30 PM.

Dinner, donated by Fazoli’s, will be served at 5:30 PM.

Drinks & snacks will be available all throughout the day.

Vendors

Again this year we will be having 3 wonderful vendors at our event. Maggi from Alpha Addict and Pam from Close to my Heart will be joining us again this year, along with Debbie from Scrap Paper Scissors . They will be there to provide all of those last minute supplies you might (or might not) need. A portion of their sales will be donated to Cornerstone Hospice.

Take a moment to check out their wonderful websites :)
